Our Buyer Protection ,Warranties and Guarantees.

We implemented a simple yet efficient set of “buyer protection” policies to ensure:

  1. our customers are fully satisfied with their business dealings with our Company,
  2. to the best of our ability that all transactions are carried out safely using tried and tested methods of payment processing online,
  3. that the quality of our products meets or exceeds market standards and
  4. make every effort to replace or repair that item.
  5. We rely on our manufacturers to ensure product standards are met,
  6. As with ornamental designs, sometimes slight variations in size and fit should be expected. see Note Below
  7.  We utilize the best available shipping or delivery methods so that our customers receive their orders in a timely manner.
  8. We are open to and will offer discussions on best shipping methods
  9. for large/bulk orders based on weight/quantity to help save us both cost and time
  10. our customers are updated about our products, its quality, quantity on hand, availability and when we might be able to restock when items run low.

Note: As with all cast-iron and sand-cast aluminum products, imperfections exist due to the very nature of the casting process and is beyond our control. We try to ensure that the best quality is shipped on small orders, but on larger orders; full cartons or bulk crates, we cannot inspect every single item. so it may exist and should be expected.
